Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives broken, damaged, or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photos as proof.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened Returns:Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Opened or partially consumed items cannot be returned due to safety regulations.

Contact Us:Email or call our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and reason for return.

Return Authorization: If eligible, we will provide return instructions and an authorization number. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Ship the Product: The item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Inspection & Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, we will process an exchange or store credit.

Opened or Partially Used Products: Due to hygiene and quality concerns, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.

Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted for customer preference changes after purchase.

Late Return Requests:Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery:If the order was not delivered due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, it is not eligible for return.

If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit may be issued for future purchases.

Store credits must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.
